Abstract

Background and purpose: The subject of this research was the design of the occupational stress management model in human resources of Ardabil province.

Method: This applied research was implemented with a qualitative approach and the foundation's data theorizing method. The participants in this research were experts from sports organizations in the northwest of the country and experts in the field of sports psychology in Ardabil, who were selected by purposeful sampling. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview.

Findings: Based on the results of this research, causal conditions in the form of four categories, structural factors, social pressures and expectations, organizational management factors, and important life changes should be identified. Background conditions in the form of categories which includes two important categories of family background and cultural background. and based on the context

Conclusion: With the help of this model, the sports managers of Ardabil province can take steps in the field of recognizing the occupational stress of the employees, and to prevent or treat it, they can also take measures to identify and define the factors that cause occupational stress, and finally, address structural and cultural reforms to deal with job stress in sports organizations in the northwest of the country.
