After data collection, the data were analyzed using One-Sample t-Test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and ANOVA.Results: The results showed that the level of perception of organizational justice, distributive justice, and procedural justice are average and interactional justice is above average in sports employees' viewpoint. The level of administrative corruption is low. The results showed that there is a significant negative correlation between organizational justice perceptions and the tendency to administrative corruption. Also, there is a significant negative correlation between procedural justice and interactional justice components and the tendency to administrative corruption. However, no significant relationship was found between distributive justice and the tendency to administrative corruption at P≤0.05.Conclusions: According to the results found in the present study, it can be stated that, in the case of understanding the various types of injustice, employees’ needs, proportionate to the type of injustice, may be damaged and not be satisfied. In this case, if the sports organizations do not take corrective actions needed to repair the damage, staff may take action to satisfy their needs through others and this would lead to c administrative corruption.
