Review Condition of Fitness Clubs in Ardabil from the Perspective of Safety and Security

Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to assess Ardabil’s fitness clubs’ safety and security conditions.Methods: For this survey study, the data collection was done in the field. In January, there were more than 120 fitness clubs in Ardabil, each formed by managers and coaches (men and women) who made up a total of 300 people. Fitness clubs in Ardabil were divided according to 5 regions from 1 to 5, and a checklist was given equally to the managers and coaches of these clubs. The Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size, which was calculated to be 168, and a stratified random method was used to sample this research. In the present study, a researcher-made checklist was used. This checklist has 20 components and 114 questions based on the Likert continuum. Descriptive statistics were used to calculate the central indices and dispersion and a one-sample t-test was used to examine the status of the factors. And significance level was considered 0.05 and statistical operations were performed using SPSS software version 22.Results: Structural safety considerations: Physical characteristics of clubs-weak/The position of the locker room of coaches and athletes-average/The entrances and exits of the club-average/Protection Status-weak. Non-structural safety considerations: Ventilation and thermostats-average/Guides and signs-average/Medium light and sound systems/Parking and amenities-weak. Security considerations: Deployment and stability and equipment gaps-weak/ Appropriate strength of components and equipment evaluation-weak/Knowledge of managers and trainers and correct execution of movements-good/First aid and fire extinguisher capsules -average/Establish social security-weak.Conclusion: Based on the results, it can be said that the use of physical education specialists in the construction and equipping and continuous evaluation of clubs in maintaining and increasing their lifespan seems necessary.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to assess the needs and causes of dietary supplements for bodybuilding and weightlifting athletes in Ardabil province.Methods: The present study is a descriptive research that was performed as a survey, both qualitative and quantitative strategies were used. The statistical population of this study consists of 385 athletes in the field of bodybuilding and weightlifting in Ardabil province. The interviewees were selected using targeted sampling with the participation of 11 of the best respondents to the questions to achieve theoretical saturation. Then, using MAXQDA12 software, the data was coded and the code was used for the researcher-made questionnaire. The findings showed that most of the supplements consumed by athletes in the study were 95% protein V-concentrate, V-isole protein, casein protein, egg white protein, soy protein, amino protein, and branched-chain amino acids. Results : According to the results, there is a significant difference in the frequency of need for creatine supplementation among bodybuilding and weightlifting athletes in Ardabil province and the need for creatine supplementation in weightlifting athletes is more than bodybuilding athletes (P = 0.003) (Meaning in other supplements). In other supplements, no significant difference was observed in the two disciplines (P ≥ 0.05).Conclusion: The most important reasons for consuming dietary supplements in the athletes in the study of consumption are increasing muscle volume, increasing muscle strength, muscle recovery, being antioxidant, reducing fatigue, and burning fat, respectively.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the researchers’ situations in the field of sport marketing based on data available in Google Scholar.Methods: This research was a descriptive and quantitative content analysis. The study population was all 229 researchers in Google Scholar who introduced themselves on the subject of Sport Marketing studies in March 2021. The data collection tool was a coding sheet and its instruction which was used after confirming its validity and reliability. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics.Results: Findings showed from among 229 sport marketing researchers in the Google Scholar database, 84 were (about 37%) from the United States. After the United States, Iran ranks second with 60 people (about 26% of the research population). This frequency is significantly reduced in other countries. For example, Canada with 9 people, Japan and South Korea with 6 people, Greece with 5 people, Australia, Portugal and Turkey with 4 people, France, Spain and Taiwan with 3 people are in the next ranks. The other countries are in the next category with 2 or 1 representatives.Conclusion: It is noteworthy that only 37 countries had a research representative called Sport Marketing in the Google Scholar database.

Purpose: The aim of the present study was to analyze and prioritize core competencies for appointment of operational sport managers in Iranian ministry of youth and sports.Methods: The main data collection tool was a researcher made questionnaire including competency components which was designed and edited by applying theoretical principles and frameworks. In order to validate this questionnaire, an expert’s panel composed of management professors was applied. For testing its reliability, 15 questionnaires were completed and the Cronbach’s alpha was calculated to be 0.95 which was an appropriate reliability coefficient for this study. Statistical population of this study was composed of all sport management professors in universities, chairman of the federations and also elected leaders and experts of the ministry of youth and sports (N=450). Due to the large population of the study, the random sampling method was used (n=209). Data analysis was done by descriptive and inferential statistics, factor analysis and Friedman’s ranking in LISREL and SPSS software.Results: The results revealed the approval of 57 competency indications in 11 components and that personal component and having motivation ranked above other components.Conclusion: According to the identified indicators, it is recommended that the criteria used in appointing executive sport managers in Iranian Ministry of Youth and Sports to good and proper rearing was done at this level.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to predict the market value of professional football players in the Iranian Premier League in the 2020-2021 season of Iranian football.Methods: method of the present study was descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the present study included all Iranian and foreign players working in the Iranian Football Premier League, which totaled 409 people the appropriate sample size for the research was calculated based on the community sampling formula and at a 5% error level, 200 people were calculated descriptive statistics was used for analysis and multiple regression method was used for inferential analysis.Results: Results showed that there is a significant relationship between player valuation and age variables, goalkeeper position, midfielder position, striker position, individual awards, foot position and number of games therefore, it can be concluded that when evaluating, the mentioned factors should be considered to attract the desired players of the clubs in the transfer seasons.Conclusion: In general, it can be acknowledged that the estimated coefficients of this model have the necessary efficiency to determine the market value of professional football players in the Iranian league.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the opportunities and challenges of sports activities during Covid-19 disease and to provide solutions in Sistan and Baluchestan province.Methods: The method of the present research is based on the purpose of applied research; In terms of nature, exploratory research; In terms of data collection, it is descriptive-survey research and due to the application of Q methodology and grand theory (Glaser), it is mixed research. The statistical population of this study was all sports elites (professors, managers, etc.), people involved in sports decision-making and policy-making in Sistan and Baluchestan province. From the statistical population, 28 people were selected as a sample by the purposeful method. Descriptive statistics were used to classify raw scores, design tables, frequency distribution, and calculate dispersion indices such as mean and standard deviation and standard deviation and variance and analyze demographic characteristics as well as the mean of responses. To open the consensus of experts, open, axial, and theoretical coding method, Glaser approach was used.Results: Using factor analysis (Q method), 67 challenges of sports activities during Covid-19 disease were identified. Challenges in 7 distinct mental patterns, respectively: Economists mental pattern, Infrastructures mental pattern, Organizational mental pattern, Culturalist mental pattern, Events mental pattern, Athletes mental pattern, and Medias mental pattern, were categorized and prioritized.Conclusion: By exploring the data of interviews with experts through the Glaser approach, 7 concepts were introduced as opportunities for sports activities in Sistan and Baluchestan province during the Corona period and were presented as a qualitative model. Finally, based on the opinions of provincial experts, solutions were provided for each challenge of sports activities.
